Launch the Software
- Click start icon and find Software with the help of Software name, Or
- Double click Softaken Software Icon on the Desktop.
User Interface
- Softaken Excel to VCard Converter has a very simple User Interface. After launching the Softaken Excel to VCard Converter software.
- you will see the software interface as shown below:
The user interface contains few buttons that help you to browse and convert your Excel contacts
Browse button to select Excel Files.
- Click on Mapping Column for vCard to match the data mapping.
- Click on Export Button to Continue Export Process
- Click on the Browse button to choose destination path. Beside to Browse button, you will get two more options
- Treat first row as header – By checking this box, the first row of the data is taken as header.
- Export all vCards in single VCF file – By selecting this option, you can save all vCards to a single VCF file that can be easily shared to devices like smartphones.
Finally, hit the Export v-card Now option. This will start the conversion process.
