Users have three types of permissions-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They can read the emails of other users.<\/li>\n<li>They can create and send emails from another user\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<li>They can send emails on behalf of another user\u2019s mailbox account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These permissions can only assign in the organization to an active user who already has an Exchange Online account.
