Launch the Software
Softaken Hotmail Backup Pro is a very simple User Interface. After installing Hotmail Backup Pro software.
It is displayed as shown below:
- Enter Email Address and password and click on connect to my account.
- The next window appears as:
- Click select folder and select the file you want to export like inbox, drafts, sent mails etc.
- Move the cursor to export options and choose a desirable file extension.
- Click Browse to decide the suitable output location.
- The final step is click on Process now.
