Launch the Software
- Click start icon and find Software with the help of Software name, Or
- Double click Softaken Software Icon on the Desktop.
User Interface
Softaken Split PST Pro is a very simple User Interface. After installing Split PST Pro software, you will see the software interface as shown below:
The user interface contains:
- Click on Browse button and select large sized MS Outlook PST file.
Three Options to Split MS Outlook PST files
- By Size – In this option, the user can enter the size of the file in MB/GB according to their requirements.
- By folder – In this option, the user can select a particular folder such as inbox, deleted items etc.
- By Year – Here the user get a check box named Custom. User can select this option only in full version. It is not available in demo version.
- Click Next.
After clicking next button, you just need to select destination path to save your output files.
- Select your destination path and click on Split Now button.
