When both email clients are on the same device

• Launch the "Mozilla Thunderbird" application on your device.

• After that Exit Thunderbird
• Click the "Start" button
• Go to the search box
• In the search box, type 'APPDATA'.
• You will get options here, select the "Roaming" folder
• Connect USB port to the system
• Right-click on the Thunderbird folder in the roaming window,
• After that click on the option "Send To"
• Import data in the USB device.
• Connect the external device and turn it on
• Right-click on the Thunderbird folder then.
• Click on the option "Copy"
• Select the option "Start" again
• In the search field, type 'APPDATA'.
• Select the roaming folder after that.
• Now, delete the Thunderbird folder
• And paste the copied Thunderbird Folder into the roaming folder
• The import of Outlook data to Thunderbird is complete.
