A user planned to switch from Windows 10 to Windows 11, i.e., from Outlook 2019 to Outlook 2024 with all mailbox items.
Challenges
The client tried to transfer Outlook 2019 mailbox components to the new Outlook 2024 with all calendars, contacts, messages, and folder structure. However, during the process, he found only email messages in Outlook 2024. Other items were not visible in this new Outlook 2024 environment.
Solution
To overcome the problem and recover missing data items, the client opted for Softaken Outlook PST Extractor. This software accurately extracted contacts and calendars while preserving mailbox folders. It transferred all contacts to a CSV file format and all calendar items to an ICS format.

To get all the data into the new Outlook 2024, the two main goals are: ü Retain the actual email folder structure ü Restore contacts and calendar data separately

Step 1. Scanning the Selected Outlook PST

Step 2. Extracting Missing Data Items

After data extraction:
